ART
1)Do NOT use my art for commercial usage, it is strictly allowed only for personal use.
2)Do NOT make any part of my art NFTs!
3) Half of the payment to art will be sent after the sketch is done, and when the piece is fully finished the rest will be sent unless stated otherwise.
4)Only my clients and myself will be able to repost or personally use the art piece(s).
5)Deadlines will not be permitted, for anything.
6)My artwork will not be edited by anyone but me, just ask or tell me to do so.
7)You are free to ask for updates whenever you please!
8)Refunds can only be requested if it has been a month.COMMISSIONS
1)I have the right to refuse service ANYTIME.
2)Refunds will not be offered.
3)I am a minor, and will not make any NSFW art piece.
4)I will not draw anything hateful or political.DESIGNS
1)You will immediately be blacklisted if you give a design to someone on my blacklist, even if it was an accident.
2)Please provide as much detail as you can for the design you want! Either with a song, mood board, color palette, etc.
3)Please don’t sell my design immediately after buying it! At least wait a week or add art to it.
4)Sell my designs for the same you bought them for unless you added art to it!
5)You may gift a design I make to friends/family only, this rule allows you to bypass rules 3 and 4.
6)You may buy a design for someone else, just tell me in your comment!
7)If you upload my design somewhere offsite you may credit me straight back to my Toyhouse, Somber_Hurricane!
8) You may edit/tweak the design slightly, you can add/remove scars, tweak the design colors, or remove an accessory, but you must consult me for bigger changes like species change, extra limbs, and bigger design color changes!By interacting with me you agree to ALL of these terms, and they can change or be added to throughout, if found that you break one of these rules, you will immediately be blacklisted!
